The CP0802C Smart Power Sequencer + Intelligent Switch is a professional 8-channel power management device designed for stage lighting systems, audio systems, AV control rooms, smart hotels, smart homes, smart meeting rooms, and integrated control applications.
Traditional power strips or main breakers can turn many devices on at the same time, causing a large instantaneous current surge. In audio systems, incorrect power-on or power-off order may also create loud pop noise or stress amplifiers and speakers. The CP0802C helps solve these issues by providing timed sequential power control and remote switching capability.
The device can be configured for three major use cases: pure sequencer mode, pure smart switch mode, or combined sequencer + smart switch mode. It supports manual front-panel control, DMX512/RDM control from lighting consoles, and RS485 serial control from central control systems. Multiple units can also be coordinated by setting startup delay values when more than 8 output circuits are needed.
With a rackmount 1.5U chassis, wide-voltage AC input, flexible DMX channel modes, and editable RS485 control codes, the CP0802C is a practical solution for professional power sequencing and smart power switching.
