Order processing

We normally process orders within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time is separate from the delivery estimate shown for a shipping method. We send tracking information when an order ships.

Shipping options and charges

Available destinations, shipping methods, charges, and estimated delivery times depend on the selected product variant and delivery address. The available options and charges are displayed at checkout before payment. Some products cannot be delivered to every destination. A shipping method shown as free at checkout has no standard shipping charge; optional faster methods may cost more.

Shipping origin and stock

Where a product offers a shipping-origin choice, please select the option you want. We fulfill it from that location only when the selected variant is in stock there. If that option becomes unavailable or we cannot ship within the stated time, we will contact you with a revised option and give you the choice to accept it or cancel for a full refund.

Delivery and international charges

Delivery windows are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. Carrier delays and customs clearance may affect delivery. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply to international orders unless explicitly included in the amount collected at checkout. Any such destination charges are the buyer's responsibility where applicable.
