Warranty Policy
1. What is the warranty period?
We offer a 12-month warranty starting from the original date of purchase.
2. What does the warranty cover?
It covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If your product proves to be defective, we will repair it or replace it with a new or refurbished unit of equal or greater value.
3. What is NOT covered?
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage resulting from accidents, abuse, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Products without valid proof of purchase.
4. How do I make a warranty claim?
Please email us at sales@pknightpro.com with:
- Your Order Number.
- The product model/serial number.
- A clear description of the issue (photos or videos help speed up the process).
5. Who pays for shipping?
- Within 30 Days: If a manufacturing defect is found within 30 days of purchase, we will cover all shipping costs.
- After 30 Days: The customer is responsible for shipping the item to our service center. We will cover the shipping cost to send the repaired/replacement item back to you.
6. What if my product cannot be repaired?
If repair is not possible, we will replace it with the same model. If that model is unavailable, we will offer a product of comparable specifications or issue a refund based on the usage period.
7. Turnaround Time
Warranty service typically takes 5-7 business days after we receive your item, depending on parts availability.
