Product Description
The 4Universe-16 is a professional DMX signal interface box designed for advanced lighting control and network-to-DMX distribution applications. It combines network protocol conversion, DMX512 signal distribution, opto-isolation, and signal amplification in one compact rack-mount device.
In compatible lighting network environments, the device supports system expansion up to 256 DMX universes. Locally, the unit provides 4 DMX universes, equal to 2048 DMX channels, and outputs them through 16 opto-isolated 3-pin DMX512 ports. Each group of 4 DMX output ports corresponds to 1 DMX universe, making it suitable for multi-line distribution, long-distance signal transmission, and electrical isolation in demanding show environments.
The device supports Art-Net and sACN network lighting protocols. With dual shielded Ethernet ports, an LCD display, function buttons, and real-time LED status indicators, it allows fast setup, clear monitoring, and reliable deployment for both touring and fixed installation projects.
