Orders are normally processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Available shipping methods, charges, and estimated delivery times depend on the selected product variant and delivery address. Please review the options shown at checkout before payment. If we cannot ship within the stated time, we will contact you with a revised option or offer cancellation and a full refund.

Returns and refunds

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. Regular-priced and sale-priced products are eligible under the same policy. Customers pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns; Pknight covers reasonable return shipping for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
