30-day returns

You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your item. Regular-priced and sale-priced products are eligible under the same policy. Your rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

Return condition

Please include proof of purchase, the product, and its accessories. Return the item in its original packaging where reasonably possible. You may inspect it as you would in a store; use beyond what is needed for inspection may affect the refund where permitted by law. Personalized or custom-made products and gift cards are not eligible for change-of-mind returns where the law permits. This does not limit your rights if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

How to request a return

Email sales@pknightpro.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions and the appropriate return address. Please do not send an item back before receiving instructions.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays the return shipping cost. If an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, Pknight will cover the reasonable return shipping cost and provide return instructions or a prepaid label. Contact us promptly with photos when possible.

Refunds

After we receive your return or evidence of shipment where applicable, we will review it and notify you. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days, or sooner where required by applicable law. Your payment provider may need additional time to post the funds. Any original standard delivery charge will be refunded where applicable law requires it.
