Shipping & Returns

Order Processing All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a notification email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Estimates

• United States: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all US orders. Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days.
• Europe: Estimated delivery time is 8-12 business days.
• Rest of World: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Shipping & Duties Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Pknight Pro is not responsible for these charges if they are applied; they are the responsibility of the customer.

Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• In the same condition that you received it (unworn/unused).
• In its original packaging.
• Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) or hazardous materials. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

How to Start a Return

1. Contact us at sales@pknightpro.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
3. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

• Defective/Damaged Items: We will cover the return shipping cost and provide a prepaid shipping label.
• Change of Mind: If you are returning an item due to a change of mind (e.g., size, color, or preference), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method (including PayPal) within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
